First put the buttermilk in a bowl, peel the banana and cut it into small slices and add them to the buttermilk. Now puree with the hand blender until the banana is well mixed with the buttermilk. Now add the instant gelatine and either continue with the hand blender (always switch it off briefly so that it does not get too hot) or with a whisk.
Sweeten as desired, e.g., with vanilla sugar or honey or liquid sweetener and with cinnamon. Now fill the whole thing into a jar with a lid and put it in the fridge overnight.
The buttermilk jelly is very variable and also tastes very tasty with strawberries instead of bananas or a fruit cocktail from a can.
For the WWler among us:
With 500 ml buttermilk and 1 banana, the recipe has about 4 WW P. Please add the sugar etc.
