Instructions

  1. Process the buttermilk, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar into the batter and pour onto a deep (dripping pan) baking sheet. Then mix the coconut flakes and chopped almonds and spread on the dough. Then sprinkle the powdered sugar over it.
  2. Baking time: approx. 20 - 25 minutes at 175 degrees (convection)
  3. After baking, put 1 1/2 cups of sweet cream on the hot cake. Finished
