Instructions

  1. The gelatine is soaked in cold water, then squeezed out firmly and dissolved in a small pot in a water bath with 2 tablespoons of hot water and a little lemon juice.
  2. Scrape out the vanilla pod, mix with sugar and stir into the buttermilk. Then stir in the dissolved, prepared gelatin and stir until the mass begins to be creamy. Then you put them in a glass bowl.
  3. This goes well with vanilla sauce.
