Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and chop mushrooms. Sauté in a little butter. Deglaze with water and a sip of buttermilk. Add semolina and let swell while stirring CONSTANTLY. Gradually add the buttermilk over a low heat until the polenta has the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Side dish to goulash, sliced meat, etc.
