Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, then stir together the buttermilk, egg, egg white and milk. Mix both mixtures carefully, then fold in the blueberries.
  2. Spoon the dough into a sprayed-in pan or a coated pan that has been thinly brushed with sunflower oil. Bake the pancakes on both sides.
