Instructions

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Mix the buttermilk, egg and oil in another bowl and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together.
  2. Put some butter or oil (mazola) in a pan and let it melt. Then add the dough in portions and tablespoons. Bake on one side until bubbles form on top. Then turn and let the other side brown too.
  3. Serve either hearty with bacon and sausages or sweet with syrup, powdered sugar, Nutella etc. Very simple and very tasty.
