Peel and dice the butternut squash and potatoes, peel the garlic clove and cut into fine slices. Mix everything with the olive oil and the herbs (possibly use a mortar to pound the dried herbs) and place in a baking dish. Cook at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for approx. 20 to 25 minutes. Finally season with salt and pepper.
Prepared as a main course, a green salad or lamb`s lettuce goes very well with it.
In the case of histamine intolerance, possibly avoiding pepper, is a histamine liberator. Do not use a seasoning mix that contains glutamate, yeast, or yeast extract. Better to take fresh herbs. However, dried herbs without any other additives usually do not cause any problems.
