1 tbsp maple syrup
8 prosciutto slices, halved (approx. 220 g) Balsamic vinegar or balsamic sauce, to drizzle
Place the wire rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
In a large bowl, combine the squash with olive oil, maple syrup, 0.5 teaspoon. salt and a little ground black pepper. Wrap a strip of prosciutto over each pumpkin slice and place it on a baking sheet.
