Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Drain the corn and kidney beans. Cut the sausage into slices.
Fry the Mettenden and Cabanossi vigorously with the garlic. Fry the vegetables one by one. Deglaze with stock and water, season and simmer until the potatoes are cooked through. Add the beans, corn and cream, bring to the boil again and season to taste.
