Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the potatoes in it, put the lid on and cook until soft. Dice the onion and add to the potatoes.
  2. When the potatoes are soft and nicely browned, push aside and fry the minced meat in the pan until crumbly, mix with the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and pour into a greased casserole dish. Mix in some of the grated cheese.
  3. Cut the white cabbage into strips and sweat in the pan (add a little oil if necessary) until it is lightly browned and translucent. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Then put the white cabbage in the baking dish and mix with the minced meat and potato mixture.
  4. Pour in the cream and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C (hot air) for 1/2 hour. If necessary, cover the casserole with aluminum foil halfway through the cooking time if it is already too brown.
