Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into small pieces, fry the minced meat in oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter and fry the cabbage and the chopped peppers lightly, season with caraway seeds if desired, season with salt and pepper, then deglaze with the stock and stew for 15-20 minutes. Then add the seared minced meat and finally stir in the crème fraîche.
  2. Rice or mashed potatoes go well with it.
