Cut the cabbage into fine strips, peel and finely chop the onion and sauté in hot oil. Sprinkle flour over it and sweat briefly. Deglaze with water, add salt, savory stalks and peppers and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add the diced pork belly and cook for another 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the sour cream, buttermilk and chopped parsley, stir and serve.
