Instructions

  1. Cut the bread and bacon or ham into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Put the eggs in a bowl and whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast the bread and onions in a pan in a little butter or oil, then add the bacon or ham and fry briefly. Pour the eggs on top and let them set.
  3. Finally, you can sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives.
