Process the meat into minced meat in the meat grinder - alternatively, buy ready-made minced poultry meat from the butcher. Process together with the other ingredients into a minced meat batter. Use this to form 4-6 medium to small meatballs. Fry both sides in the heated oil until the meat is cooked through (important for poultry!).
Boiled potatoes with a sauce (e.g. red wine sauce) or potato salad taste great as a side dish.
