Crush the garlic, mix with the salad cream and yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Cut the lettuce leaves and turkey breast into strips, slice the cucumber and tomato. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the turkey breast strips. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Roast the flatbread until golden brown and cut open. Fill with lettuce, turkey breast strips, cucumber and tomato slices and drizzle with the salad cream.
