Instructions

  1. Clean the garlic, press and mix with mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper. To let go.
  2. Lightly toast the bread, allow to cool and dice. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan and fry the bread cubes all around until crispy until golden brown. Keep in constant motion. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with approx. 40 g of parmesan. Let cool down.
  3. Wash and clean the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix well in a bowl with the rest of the cheese and dressing and let it steep a little.
  4. Just before serving, fold in the croutons and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper as required.
