First place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in a large cup or heat-resistant glass. Pour the hot coffee over it. If you want, you can sweeten the coffee a little. Finally, pour 1 glass of Grand Marnier over the ice and enjoy hot.
We got to know and appreciate this coffee in Gran Canaria years ago, oh what am I writing, decades ago. It tastes good in every season.
