Cut the marzipan mixture into small pieces, add to the hot coffee and puree. Add the cinnamon and mix again. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crumble.
Divide the coffee between 4 glasses, pour the whipped cream over them and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs.
If you like, you can add milk and amaretto and if it is not sweet enough, simply sweeten it up.
