  1. Wash limes with hot water and dry. Rub the zest of 3 limes. Peel the peel thinly from 1 lime, cut into fine strips and set aside for garnish.
  2. Soak gelatin. Beat the lime zest with the eggs, sugar and schnapps on the hot water bath until thick and frothy. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the custard.
  3. Squeeze 4 limes. Stir the juice and yogurt into the egg cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  4. Fill the cream into glasses (approx. 200 ml content) and chill for approx. 3 hours. Cut 1 lime into slices and place on the edge. Garnish with sugar and lime zest.
