Mix the oat flakes with the apple juice. Chop the banana and dates and mix with the oat flakes. Add the egg as desired. Vegans simply leave out the egg, which also works great, as the dough has enough adhesive power thanks to the banana and dates. Finally, add the ground almonds and place the dough in a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
I use the base as a base for my cream cheese cake or simply cover it with fruit.
