First you dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
Then all the ingredients are kneaded well in the food processor or by hand, so that a smooth, supple dough is created. If necessary, add a little more flour or milk.
Cover the dough and keep it warm and let rise for approx. 1 hour until the volume has increased significantly.
Then knead the dough vigorously again and divide it into 8 to 10 balls of the same size. The dough pieces appear round and leave to rise for another 30 minutes on the baking sheet. If you like, you can brush the rolls with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds or the like.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the rolls on the middle rack for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
