Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Finely dice the bacon or ham. I always buy the diced, lean so-called raw ham. Either grate or dice the cheese depending on its consistency.
Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder and pepper well, gradually add the oil and the slightly warmed milk and stir in. Then fold in the cheese and bacon.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Watch while baking, if necessary cover with aluminum foil in good time if it gets too dark.
Before removing, make the cooking test with a wooden stick, extend the baking time if necessary.
