  1. Beat eggs with sugar until white foam.
  2. Add sifted flour, baking soda, melted cooled butter, sour cream, and mix thoroughly (preferably with a mixer).
  3. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add 2 to one part tablespoons of flour.
  4. In another – 2 tablespoon. of cocoa.
  5. Stir so that there are no lumps.
  6. The dough should have the consistency of light sour cream.
  7. Grease a wide form (26-28 cm) with oil. Pour into the center alternately small portions of different dough (one tablespoon each). Do not stir!
  8. As a result, you should get the following result.

    Bake the Zebra pie in a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees for half an hour. Look constantly. If the top of the pie is already baked, but the middle is not yet, cover the pie with foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, and bake the Zebra pie until tender.

  9. I love Zebra Pie just like that. And you can layer it with whipped sour cream with sugar or custard, it will be very tasty!
