Wash the calamari and pat dry. Cut the feta into 4 equal parts and fill the calamari with it.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and brown the calamari all around. Finally add the pressed garlic cloves and sauté briefly. Season to taste with freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.
If you like, you can also fry lemon wedges. It looks very decorative for serving.
It goes well with fresh baguette and a crunchy salad.
