Wash the oranges with hot water and dry them. Peel off some orange zest with the zest and keep as a decoration. Halve the oranges, cut 4 equally sized slices from the middle and set aside. Release the rest of the pulp. Catch any remaining juice.
Cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces, place on the bottom of 4 dessert glasses and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of whiskey on each one, sprinkle with a little sugar if necessary.
Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the cream cheese, orange jam, orange juice, remaining whiskey, lemon juice and 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar until the mixture is creamy. Add sugar and lemon juice to taste as required.
Layer the cream in the dessert glasses. Carefully peel the 4 orange slices, save the peel. Cover each dessert with 1 orange slice and refrigerate for approx. 1 hour.
Before serving, decorate with a swab of whipped cream, orange zest and the remaining orange peel.
