Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, wash and distribute on 2 plates. Also cut the chicken breast fillet into pieces and fry in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and, if necessary, a little garlic. In the meantime, cook the eggs until they are hard.
  2. Then spread the fried chicken breast fillet on the salad and fry the diced ham in the pan. Dice the tomatoes, avocado and the hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Then everything is arranged as follows: The tomato cubes are placed on the first quarter of the plate, the avocado cubes on the second, the cubed egg and ham cubes on the third and the crumbled blue cheese on the fourth. Finally, sprinkle the salad with chives and serve immediately. A yogurt dressing goes best with it.
