Instructions

  1. Drain and finely chop the tomatoes, place in a bowl. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and add. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stem, chop finely, add. Dice the mozzarella and add. Cut the ham into strips and add them. Add the cheddar, season with freshly ground pepper and mix well.
  2. Brush the tortillas with the olive oil, distribute the ham and cheese mixture evenly on 4 tortillas and cover with 1 tortilla each, press down lightly. Heat the quesadillas individually in the pan for 3 minutes each. then place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes each time.
  3. Serve with tomato salsa.
