Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet. This takes about 1 hour to cook. Then let it cool down for 1 hour.
  2. Chop the onion finely. Squeeze the lemon. Wash the herbs, spin dry and chop very finely. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, onion and herbs into the rice. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper from the mill.
