Toast the grain bread slices and place them on a plate. Spread the soft camembert on both slices. Place 1 slice of Lyoner on each slice of bread.
Peel the onion, cut into rings and spread on the sausage. Place 3 slices of cucumber on each slice of bread, season with salt and pepper. Cover the cucumber slices with the cheese.
Heat the fat in a pan on medium heat, fry 2 fried eggs and season in the pan.
Place a fried egg on each cheese slice, garnish and serve.
Nice and crispy through the cucumber slices. The cheese becomes pleasantly melty thanks to the hot fried eggs.
