Instructions

  1. Mix the vegetable stock with 600 ml of hot water.
  2. Melt the butter. Add flour and sweat. Deglaze with wine and hot soup.
  3. Dice the camembert. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Add both to the hot soup and let the cheese melt, then remove the rind with a slotted spoon. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in before serving. Garnish with chives rolls.
