Instructions

  1. Cut the camembert crosswise and remove the creamy mixture from both halves.
  2. Mix these with onions, bell peppers, radishes, garlic, chives, peppers and pine nuts. Season to taste with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Halve the cream and divide half of each into the camembert pieces. Garnish with cucumber slices and cocktail tomatoes. Sprinkle with coarse pepper.
