Instructions

  1. Cover the mini croustade or ragout cup with the rocket, with the leaves sticking out a little at the edge. Then cut out a piece of black pudding the size of the mini croustade and place on the rocket. Brush with a little sweet mustard and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
  2. I serve this greeting from the kitchen on an amuse gueule spoon.
