Instructions

1. Puree 150 g strawberries. Quarter the remaining strawberries and mix with a little lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Mix the quark, mascarpone and remaining sugar. Stir in the campari and strawberry puree. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Layer the cream alternately with the strawberries in glasses.
