Instructions

  1. Make a stable dough from the ingredients (without the sugar and raisins). After resting the dough for 10 minutes, divide the dough in two. Mix in the granulated sugar and raisins to taste. Now divide both parts into 50 g pieces. Then take a piece of sugar and put a piece of dough without sugar (and raisins) over it and both work together a little. It should now be so that the dough with crystal sugar is surrounded by the one without.
  2. Place the dough pieces on a prepared, greased tray and let the dough rise. Make sure that the pieces of dough do not dry out, so cover them with a cloth and also with a plastic sheet. After a nice cooking, glaze with egg and cut once in the middle with a sharp knife.
