Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and the mushrooms into slices. Cut off the ends / tips of the beans. If you like, you can cut the beans a little bit.
  2. Sweat the onions with the bacon and then add the mushrooms and beans. Deglaze with soy sauce and a little milk and cover and roast for about 15 - 20 minutes over medium heat, the beans must be soft. Stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the creme fraiche and the spices and continue frying without the lid until the liquid has almost evaporated. The bean pan tastes best with delicious beef steak or grilled meat of all kinds.
