Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly cut the garlic. Put the garlic, salt, cumin and 50 ml of vinegar in a blender or work with the blender until all ingredients are crushed.
  2. Pluck the parsley or coriander from the coarse stems and place in the blender. Now slowly pour in the oil with constant mixing. Season to taste and possibly add more vinegar. Serve ideally with bread / rolls, as a dip and small starter. Also great for potatoes or wild potatoes (wedges).
