Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes well and cover them with salted water and cook for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, crush the cumin in a mortar and toast it in a small pan until it smells nice. In a tall container, puree well with lemon juice, coarsely chopped coriander (or parsley), olive oil, salt (attention, sea salt is added at the end, so season carefully !!), some pepper and the chopped garlic.
  3. Drain the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix carefully with the marinade and sprinkle with almonds and sea salt (you can add some chopped greens to make it look good).
