Roughly cut the peppers and remove the white dividers. I did not cut out the kernels of the chilli pepper. If you don`t like it so spicy, cut this out. Peel the garlic and chop the coriander.
Now put all the ingredients in a tall container and puree with the hand blender. That`s it. This sauce is really quick to prepare.
Goes with any grilled meat, fondue and the small wrinkled potatoes.
