Do you have a can of canned fish? A few potatoes? In this case, hot soup is provided to you even with an empty refrigerator! A canned fish soup recipe will help you out without taking a lot of time.
Pour water into the pot where the soup will be boiled. Put a saucepan on the fire and bring water to a boil. Put chopped potatoes in boiling water.
Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, skimming off the foam.
Add canned fish, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Cook for a couple more minutes. Now the soup can be salted, taking into account the salinity of the canned fish.
Canned fish soup is ready.
For serving, chop the green onion feathers (it is most convenient to cut with kitchen scissors).
