- Cut the zucchini, onion & bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Add wine vinegar, sugar & mustard seeds and let steep for 1/2 day.
- Then bring the whole thing to a boil in a saucepan.
- Now fill the whole thing into clean screw-top jars and turn the closed jars upside down for at least 10-15 minutes.
