- Place the cantuccini in a flat baking dish and drizzle with 10 tablespoons of amaretto. It is best to let it steep the evening before and overnight.
- Mix the mascarpone, liquid cream, 5 tablespoon amaretto and vanilla sugar together and spread over the cantuccini in the baking dish.
- Cut the peaches into wedges and spread them on the cream.
- Caramelize the almond flakes with butter and sugar (you can do it the day before) and pour over the peaches.
