- Chop the cantuccini in a freezer bag and fill the bottom layer in a dessert glass.
- Put the milk and chocolate in a saucepan and heat slowly until the chocolate has melted.
- Let the milk-chocolate mixture cool down. Stir the cream cheese into the milk-chocolate mixture. Whip the cream and fold in as well.
- Pour the finished cream over the cantuccini as a second layer. Alternatively, you can alternate layers, i.e. biscuit-cream-biscuit-cream.
- Chop the strawberries and place them on top of the cream. The whole thing also tastes good with raspberries or chopped mango.
