Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Melt 80 g butter in a saucepan (but do not brown!) And distribute 40 g butter cut into curls or flakes on the serving plates.
The finished noodles are tossed in the melted butter together with white pepper, salt and 2/3 of the freshly grated Parmesan. Then place the pasta on the serving plates and serve sprinkled with the rest of the parmesan.
Note: The capellini (very thin spaghetti) only need 3 minutes to cook. Provided that the water is boiling and the parmesan has already been grated, you can create a hearty dish in just 4 minutes. Regular spaghetti is also good, but it takes a little longer. The actual working hours are the same.
