Put the espresso powder and 4 teaspoons of sugar in a cup, pour 100 ml of boiling water over it and stir until everything has dissolved. Add the spices and let cool a little.
Put the cream in the mixer with the milk, cocoa and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Peel the banana and put it in the blender as coarse pieces, as well as the ice cubes. Mix very well together with the espresso.
Fill two large glasses with the smoothie, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each, garnish as desired and serve immediately.
