• 10 egg yolks
• 1 egg white
• 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp
• 100 g suar
• 100 g cream
• 0.25 liter ¼ rum, white

Instructions

1. Pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water over the espresso and cappuccino powder and stir until combined.
2. In a water bath over medium-low heat, beat egg yolks, egg white, vanilla pod pulp, and sugar for 10 minutes until thick.
3. Slowly pour the coffee mixture, cream, and rum into the egg mixture.
4. Strain if necessary and pour into bottles.
