Instructions

  1. I take a clip-on glass (or another nice and tightly sealable vessel) with a capacity of about 0.75-0.8 l, nice and clean + completely dry.
  2. And then I layer the following from below:
  3. * Mix of 3 tablespoon skimmed milk powder + 2.5 tablespoon instant espresso + 1.5 tablespoon powdered sugar + 0.5 tablespoon cocoa powder (mixed well)
  4. * 8 tablespoon skimmed milk powder
  5. * 3 tablespoon instant espresso
  6. * 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  7. * 2 tablespoon cocoa
  8. * 8 tablespoon skimmed milk powder
  9. * 3 tablespoon instant espresso
  10. * 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  11. * 1 tablespoon cocoa + 1 teaspoon cinnamon + 1 tablespoon instant espresso
  12. * 8 tablespoon skimmed milk powder
  13. * 3 tablespoon instant espresso
  14. * 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  15. * 2 tablespoon cocoa
  16. * Mix of 3 tablespoon skimmed milk powder + 2.5 tablespoon instant espresso + 1.5 tablespoon powdered sugar + 0.5 tablespoon cocoa powder
  17. Then there should be some air / space in the glass at the top - because the recipient has to shake / mix everything well before you can taste the cappu. Especially as a gift, however, it looks so much nicer layered in alternating colors - than if you mix everything up right away.
  18. I sift through the powdered sugar, instant coffee and cocoa well beforehand.
  19. Then attach a little label to the glass with the ingredients and the preparation instructions and so on I recommend stirring around 2 tablespoons into the freshly boiled, hot water for a 0.2 l cup the recipients reported give me a range of 2-6 TL back - it`s best to just taste it and try it out. It tastes really good to me - only the cookie-compatible foam doesn`t work. But there are no hydrogenated fats (like in coffee whiteners) or other chemicals - and it is also really delicious!
  20. With 2 tablespoons per cup / serving, the total amount is enough for about 30 cups.
  21. Remarks:
  22. As far as the proportions of cinnamon + cocoa + coffee + sugar etc. are concerned: Depending on your taste and aroma requirements, you can also modify and experiment! If you don`t like cinnamon so much, maybe add a bit of vanilla powder (e.g. in health food stores)? Or anything else flavoring. Or you just leave out the cinnamon. Those who prefer the right foam - maybe take less powdered milk and then add freshly frothed milk to the mix per cup.
