Instructions

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy, stir in the egg. Mix the flour with baking powder, cappuccino powder and salt. Alternately stir the milk and flour mixture into the butter mixture. Add the vanilla sugar, let the dough swell for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Pour the batter into the waffle iron in portions and bake 4 waffles one after the other.
  3. Serve the waffles on plates with walnut ice cream and brittle.
