Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with egg yolk and sugar over steam and beat again cold. Reduce the coffee by half, then fold it into the egg mixture. Fold in the whipped cream, stir in the coffee liqueur. Pour the mixture into coffee cups and place in the freezer for about 3 hours. Let thaw a little before serving.
