Instructions
- Place the zucchini slices in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
- Season the pork slices with salt and pepper.
- Place the pork slices on top of the zucchini.
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on top of the pork.
- Dust with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
