Instructions

  1. Put 3 teaspoons of sugar in a small cup or glass. Add 5 teaspoons of brandy. Mix the sugar with the brandy and flambé with a lighter. Let it burn for about 30 seconds, then extinguish and fill up with the espresso. Serve with coffee beans and a small piece of lemon zest.
